What is your delivery policy?

All orders received before 4pm GMT+1 will be dispatched to a courier within 12 hours. All shipments have a tracking number that will be sent to the client by email automatically. 

If ordering from within Europe, your package should be delivered within 1-3 business days. 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If your order does not arrive within the promised delivery time, please get in touch with our customer service team.

Where are orders being shipped from?

Every 9 Oliveres bottle will be dispatched from Alicante, Spain. All orders will be issued a tracking number and be transmitted via express shipping. Each order will be sent using DHL Global Express.

How can I cancel my order?

If, for any reason, you would like to cancel your order, you can do so within the next 24 hours.

Once the order is processed there are NO refunds unless the above conditions apply.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is valid within 30 days of receiving your product.

Refunds are only available for products that arrive damaged. 

If you order arrives damaged, please email info@9oliveres.com as soon possible with the subject line "refund request".
